1. Scope of Maintenance Services

We provide a comprehensive range of building cleaning, internal maintenance, and specialized fabric care solutions. Every project we undertake follows the Dream Standard, which includes a rigorous 50-point quality control checklist. Our services are delivered by veteran career professionals who are fully vetted and trained in hospital-grade air quality standards and clinical sanitization.

Professional Execution: All jobs are tracked and verified to ensure consistency across our 10,000+ completed projects.

2. Booking and Cancellation Policy

To maintain our punctuality and service depth across Abu Dhabi districts like Khalifa City, MBZ, and Al Reem Island, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all standard bookings. For major villa maintenance or move-in/out projects, a 48-hour window is recommended.

Cancellation Terms: Clients may cancel or reschedule a service free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a nominal convenience fee to cover logistics and technical team deployment.

3. Pricing, VAT, and Payments

Our pricing is transparent and based on the specific requirements of your property. All quotes provided by Mr. Imran Husein or our authorized management are inclusive of high-end industrial machinery and eco-friendly, non-toxic chemicals.

  • Payments must be settled upon completion of the service via Cash or Bank Transfer.
  • In accordance with UAE Federal Law, all applicable services are subject to 5% Value Added Tax (VAT).
  • Quotes for corporate offices or annual maintenance contracts are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue.

4. Liability and Property Protection

While our technicians use extreme care and clinical precision, IHR Dream acknowledges that accidents can occur. We maintain professional accountability for any direct damage caused by our staff during the performance of their duties.

Clients are required to report any damages or service discrepancies within 24 hours of completion. This allows our management team to conduct a proper inspection and provide an immediate resolution or restoration as part of our satisfaction guarantee.

5. Health, Safety, and Technology

We utilize 180°C Industrial Steam Extraction and multi-stage HEPA filtration to eliminate microscopic allergens. By booking our services, you agree to provide our team with access to water and electricity necessary to operate this advanced machinery. We guarantee the use of biodegradable cleaning agents safe for infants, pets, and individuals with respiratory sensitivities.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Abu Dhabi Courts.

7. Modifications to the Terms

As we expand our service milestones and technical capabilities, we may update these terms to reflect new standards or regulatory changes. We encourage our regular villa and corporate clients to review this page periodically for any updates.
