Service concerns

If a customer is not satisfied, they should contact IHR Dream Cleaning as soon as possible with booking details, photos where useful, and the specific issue to review.

Re-clean or refund review

Depending on the issue, IHR may offer guidance, a follow-up check, a re-clean for the affected area, or a refund review. Decisions depend on the agreed scope, property access, service condition, and evidence provided.
