Information is used to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, confirm availability, send booking updates, complete cleaning work, follow up on service quality, and improve website and customer support. We do not sell customer contact details.
WhatsApp, email, and form submissions
If you contact us through WhatsApp, email, website forms, or future app booking flows, your message and contact details may be stored in the relevant communication tool so our team can respond and maintain booking records.
Third-party services
