These terms describe the booking expectations for cleaning enquiries and service visits with IHR Dream General Maintenance and Cleaning L.L.C. in Abu Dhabi.

Quotes and availability
Prices and appointment times are confirmed after the service type, location, property size, condition, item count, access, and add-ons are reviewed.
Pricing
Standard hourly cleaning starts at AED 30/hour when the customer provides cleaning materials and AED 35/hour when IHR Dream Cleaning brings standard materials. Specialist services, machine work, parts, high access, post-construction residue, and unusual site conditions may be quoted separately.
Service scope
The agreed scope is based on the service selected, checklist, photos, property condition, and any notes confirmed before work begins. Extra tasks requested on site may require more time, a revised quote, or a separate booking.
Customer preparation
Customers should provide accurate booking details and safe access to the property. Some services may require photos, site inspection, or empty cabinets and surfaces.
Access and safety
Customers must provide safe access, parking or entry instructions where required, working water and electricity when needed, and disclose fragile surfaces, special materials, restricted areas, pets, or safety concerns before the team starts.
Results and limitations
IHR aims to deliver professional cleaning within the agreed scope. Permanent stains, aged marks, damaged surfaces, mold inside inaccessible areas, and previous chemical damage may not be fully removable. The team will flag visible limitations when possible.
Cancellations and changes
Please request changes as early as possible. If the team is already on the way, waiting at the property, or blocked by access issues, future booking priority or a call-out discussion may apply.
