Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions govern all service enquiries, bookings, and cleaning visits arranged with IHR Dream General Maintenance and Cleaning L.L.C. By requesting a service, you agree to these terms. They are written to be clear and fair to both customers and our team.

About IHR Dream Cleaning
IHR Dream General Maintenance and Cleaning L.L.C. is a licensed cleaning company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE (DED licence CN-4175959). We provide residential and commercial cleaning, fabric care, maintenance, and spa services across Abu Dhabi, daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Bookings and quotes
All bookings are confirmed by phone (+971 52 723 5299) or email (info@ihrdreamcleaning.com). A booking is confirmed when we send you a written confirmation with the service, date, time, location, and agreed rate.
Quotes and time estimates are based on the service type, property size, number of rooms, current condition, materials preference, and any specific requirements shared before the visit. Estimates are provided in good faith but may be adjusted if the actual scope on arrival differs materially from what was described.
Pricing
Standard cleaning services are priced by the length of the visit, per cleaner, from the published price list:
- AED 60 for 1 hour, AED 90 for 2 hours and AED 40 for each hour after that, with 20% off a visit of 4 hours or more: with IHR Dream Cleaning's standard cleaning materials and tools (vacuum, mop, bucket, cloths and cleaning products) included in the price
- One or two hours can be booked in Khalifa City, Shakhbout City, Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Zayed City, Baniyas, Al Shawamekh, Al Raha Beach, Al Raha Gardens, Abu Dhabi Gate City, Shabiya, Al Muntazah and Rabdan. Everywhere else the shortest visit is 4 hours, and 6 hours in Al Wathba, Al Shahama, Al Rahba and Al Samha, which are further out. There is no travel fee.
- Weekly cleaning package: 3 or more visits a week, at least 3 hours each, 20% off every visit, on a fixed weekly schedule booked in advance.
- Monthly package: AED 4,000 for 26 working days of 8 hours, 208 hours of cleaning in the month on a regular schedule. Extra services, materials and special requirements are agreed in advance.
- Specialist services — sofa cleaning, carpet cleaning, AC duct cleaning, mattress cleaning, curtain cleaning, oven cleaning, window exterior cleaning, maintenance, and spa services — are priced separately by item, task, or session
- No additional charges are applied beyond the agreed rate without prior discussion and agreement
Service scope
The service delivered is based on the scope agreed before the visit: the service type selected, any checklist confirmed, rooms included, specific concerns noted, and the agreed number of hours.
The team leader will walk through the property with you on arrival to confirm priorities and flag any areas where the actual condition differs from what was anticipated. If significant additional work is identified at this point, the scope or hours will be adjusted by mutual agreement before work begins.
Tasks not included in the original scope that are requested during the visit may require additional time, a revised rate, or a separate booking.
Customer responsibilities
To ensure the visit runs efficiently and safely, customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate property and service information when booking
- Ensuring safe, clear access to the property including parking, building entry, lift access if required, and a contact person reachable during the visit
- Securing personal valuables, cash, jewellery, documents, and sensitive items before the team arrives
- Disclosing any fragile surfaces, specialist materials (imported marble, antique finishes, raw wood), restricted areas, or specific product requirements before work begins
- Arranging safe placement for pets during the visit
- Ensuring working electricity and water supply are available where needed for the service
- Removing personal waste, packing materials, and large personal items from areas to be cleaned before the team arrives
Results and limitations
IHR Dream Cleaning delivers professional results within the agreed scope. However, certain outcomes cannot be guaranteed regardless of effort:
- Complete removal of permanent stains, aged marks, or chemically set residue
- Restoration of surfaces that are physically damaged, corroded, or deteriorated
- Full mould remediation in areas that are inaccessible or require specialist treatment
- Results on surfaces where previous cleaning products have reacted chemically or caused damage
- Cleaning of areas not confirmed in scope before the visit
Safety and access
The safety of our team is non-negotiable. The team may decline to undertake any task that poses an unreasonable risk — for example, external window cleaning at height without proper equipment, or work in areas with unstable surfaces or hazardous materials.
If safe access cannot be provided on the day (locked areas, no parking, restricted building entry), the affected portions of the scope may not be completed, and this is not grounds for a refund of completed work.
Cancellations and changes
We understand that schedules change. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. We will do our best to accommodate the change based on team availability.
Cancelling or rescheduling is free up to 6 hours before the start time. Later than that the charge is AED 30; if the team travels and cannot get in it is AED 60.

Payment
Payment is made online by card after we confirm your booking, on a secure payment page, from My bookings on this website; nothing is paid when the request is sent. A job priced after photos is priced by the team first; a job of AED 1,000 or more takes a 30% advance once confirmed and the balance online before the visit; a visit less than 24 hours away is paid in full, in one payment. The team attends once the visit is paid. IHR Dream Cleaning does not charge above the agreed rate without prior discussion and agreement during the visit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the competent courts of Abu Dhabi.

Frequently asked questions
What is included in the without-materials price?
The without-materials price (AED 60 for 1 hour, AED 90 for 2 hours and AED 40 for each hour after that, with 20% off a visit of 4 hours or more, per cleaner) covers the cleaning team's time, labour, and expertise when the customer provides all cleaning materials and tools: a working vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, microfibre cloths, and appropriate kitchen, bathroom, and floor cleaning products. The team provides professional service but does not bring any materials at this price.
What if the job takes longer than estimated?
If the actual property condition, size, or scope is significantly greater than described at booking, the team leader will discuss the revised hour estimate with you before proceeding with additional time. No extra hours are charged without your prior agreement.
Can I add extra tasks during the visit?
Yes, additional tasks can be added during the visit by agreement with the team leader. If they require additional time, the rate and extra hours will be confirmed before the team proceeds.
How much does home cleaning cost in Abu Dhabi?
AED 60 for 1 hour, AED 90 for 2 hours and AED 40 for each hour after that, with 20% off a visit of 4 hours or more, per cleaner, with our cleaning materials and equipment included. Every price already includes 5% VAT, so the figure you see is the figure you pay, with no travel or call-out charge added at the end. A 2-bedroom apartment cleaned by one cleaner for 4 hours is AED 136 after the 20% discount, materials included. The shortest visit depends on your area: One or two hours can be booked in Khalifa City, Shakhbout City, Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Zayed City, Baniyas, Al Shawamekh, Al Raha Beach, Al Raha Gardens, Abu Dhabi Gate City, Shabiya, Al Muntazah and Rabdan. Everywhere else the shortest visit is 4 hours, and 6 hours in Al Wathba, Al Shahama, Al Rahba and Al Samha, which are further out. There is no travel fee. The price is identical on weekends, public holidays and same-day visits.
Is the price per cleaner or for the whole team?
Per cleaner. Each cleaner's visit is priced from the list by its length, so a team of 2 working 4 hours is 2 × AED 136 = AED 272, materials included. More cleaners finish sooner at the same price per hour; the 20% discount goes by the length of the visit, so it applies from 4 hours whether one cleaner comes or four. Most customers put two cleaners in a two-bedroom apartment so the home is done by lunchtime. You can book between 1 and 4 cleaners on a single visit.
What is the minimum booking?
It depends on the area. In Khalifa City, Shakhbout City, Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Zayed City, Baniyas, Al Shawamekh, Al Raha Beach, Al Raha Gardens, Abu Dhabi Gate City, Shabiya, Al Muntazah and Rabdan one hour per cleaner can be booked, AED 60, or two hours for AED 90. Everywhere else the shortest visit is 4 hours (AED 136 with the 20% off), and 6 hours in Al Wathba, Al Shahama, Al Rahba and Al Samha (AED 200), where the team travels further. Deep cleaning and move-in or move-out cleaning need at least 2 cleaners for 3 hours each where short visits are accepted (AED 260), and for the area's shortest visit elsewhere, because those jobs cover the inside of cupboards, appliances, skirting boards and bathrooms in detail. The ceiling is 4 cleaners at up to 8 hours each in one visit.
What materials and equipment are included?
Cleaning liquids and sprays, a vacuum cleaner, a mop and bucket, a broom, microfibre cloths and rags, and a step ladder — everything a normal apartment or villa clean needs, carried in by the team. Tall ladders and scaffolding are not included, so exterior windows above ground level and facade work are quoted separately. All of this is part of the visit price, with nothing added per hour.
Can I use my own cleaning products?
You do not need to prepare anything: the team brings the full kit to every visit. If you prefer a particular product for a delicate surface such as marble or wood, tell us in advance and the team uses it on that surface only. The price is the same either way.
Is there a travel fee?
No. There is no travel fee anywhere we work in Abu Dhabi; instead, the shortest visit depends on how far the team travels. One or two hours can be booked in Khalifa City, Shakhbout City, Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Zayed City, Baniyas, Al Shawamekh, Al Raha Beach, Al Raha Gardens, Abu Dhabi Gate City, Shabiya, Al Muntazah and Rabdan. Everywhere else the shortest visit is 4 hours, and 6 hours in Al Wathba, Al Shahama, Al Rahba and Al Samha, which are further out. There is no travel fee. If your community is not listed, book it as another area and we confirm coverage before the visit.
Do you charge extra for same-day, Fridays or holidays?
No. Same-day bookings, Fridays, weekends and public holidays are all charged at the standard rate, with no call-out fee and no peak pricing of any kind. We work daily from 08:00 to 20:00, and the only scheduling rule is that the work has to finish by closing time, so a long job simply needs an earlier start. Same-day visits need roughly 2 hours of notice for the team to reach you.
