Homes here are mostly family villas with four or more bedrooms, several bathrooms and often a majlis, so visits are normally planned with a team of two to four and a longer window.

Time on site for floor & tile cleaning: 1.5-5 hours. Al Hudayriat is one of the newest islands: modern waterfront villas on large plots, many only recently handed over, with more under construction nearby. Homes here are mostly family villas with four or more bedrooms, several bathrooms and often a majlis, so visits are normally planned with a team of two to four and a longer window. The exact time is confirmed when you share the property size and condition at booking, and on hourly jobs the team can extend on site in 30-minute steps only with your approval.

Built for floor, tile, grout, and hard-surface cleaning across Abu Dhabi. Visits booked online run every day from 8 AM and have to finish by 8 PM, and same-day slots need at least 2 hours' notice. Teams reach the islands from our Al Danah base over the bridges, so we plan island visits around bridge traffic at the morning and evening peaks. You can book up to 30 days ahead online.

A standard floor & tile cleaning visit covers hard floor mopping, tile grout scrubbing, edge and corner cleaning and skirting board wipe-down. The team checks grout lines and corners in good light with you before leaving, and leaves the floor dry enough to walk on or tells you how long to wait. Anything outside that scope, such as extra rooms or add-on items, is agreed with you before it is done, never added to the bill afterwards. In Al Hudayriat Island, first cleans after handover, post-construction dust removal, window cleaning for big glass walls, and regular villa cleaning once families move in.

If you book with materials, the team brings cleaning liquids and sprays, a vacuum, mop and bucket, microfibre cloths and a step ladder; tall ladders and scaffolding are not included. There is nothing to prepare: all of it is included in the price. Floor and tile cleaning needs water, power for the machine and rooms that can be kept clear of foot traffic while the surface dries. At a villa the team parks by the gate or in the driveway and carries equipment straight in, so tell us the villa number, the nearest landmark and any compound gate instructions.

The island is reached by its own bridge and communities are gated. Tell us the plot or villa number and add the team to the gate list before the day. For recurring visits we try to send the same cleaners, so the access routine only has to be explained once. Tell us at booking and we save the details for your next visit.

Machine-cleaning tiles and grout every six to twelve months is usual; greying grout lines are the clearest sign it is time. Near the water, humidity and salt settle on glass, metal fittings and bathroom grout, so waterfront homes often need attention a little more often than inland ones. Many homes here are newly handed over, so the first clean often includes builders' dust and sticker residue, after which a normal routine is enough. Weekly cleaning package: 3 or more visits a week, at least 3 hours each, 20% off every visit, on a fixed weekly schedule booked in advance. There is no contract, and each visit is paid online by card once we confirm it.

Move small furniture, rugs and floor-standing items out of the rooms being treated, and tell us the floor type — marble, porcelain, ceramic or stone — when you book. In a villa, let the gate guard know if you live in a compound, secure pets, and tell us which floors, rooms or outbuildings are included in the visit. If anything changes, you can cancel or move the booking free of charge up to 6 hours before the start time.

You get trained cleaners from our own team, led on larger jobs by a team leader who checks the work against your checklist before sign-off. IHR Dream General Maintenance and Cleaning L.L.C. is a licensed Abu Dhabi company (DED licence CN-4175959) founded in 2021, rated 4.4 from 1,135 reviews on ServiceMarket and 4.7 on Google. If anything on the checklist was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we come back to re-clean that area at no extra cost.

Floor & Tile Cleaning is most often combined with grout & silicone repair, deep cleaning and carpet cleaning. First cleans after handover, post-construction dust removal, window cleaning for big glass walls, and regular villa cleaning once families move in. Booking sofa, carpet, mattress or curtain cleaning together with a deep or move clean on the same visit takes 10% off the fabric care.
