Villas here usually mean a majlis, a family sofa set, several bedrooms and large rugs or long curtains, so fabric jobs are often booked as a half-day visit.

Time on site for mattress cleaning: by mattress size. Al Maqtaa sits by the old bridge on the island's edge: large waterfront villas and family homes, many with gardens, majlis rooms and marble floors. Villas here usually mean a majlis, a family sofa set, several bedrooms and large rugs or long curtains, so fabric jobs are often booked as a half-day visit. The exact time is confirmed when you share the property size and condition at booking, and on hourly jobs the team can extend on site in 30-minute steps only with your approval.

Remove bedding before the team arrives. Visits booked online run every day from 8 AM and have to finish by 8 PM, and same-day slots need at least 2 hours' notice. Our base is in Al Danah on Abu Dhabi Island, so central neighbourhoods are the shortest drive for our teams and technicians. You can book up to 30 days ahead online.

A standard mattress cleaning visit covers deep vacuuming, spot treatment, fabric-safe cleaning and odor refresh. The technician shows you both treated sides and tells you how long to leave the mattress uncovered before making the bed again. Anything outside that scope, such as extra rooms or add-on items, is agreed with you before it is done, never added to the bill afterwards. Villas here usually mean a majlis, a family sofa set, several bedrooms and large rugs or long curtains, so fabric jobs are often booked as a half-day visit.

Fabric work always comes with our own machines, fabric-safe shampoos, stain treatments and drying equipment, so there is nothing for you to supply apart from water and power. Mattress cleaning needs a power socket near the bed and enough room to turn the mattress; airflow or AC helps it dry the same day. At a villa the team parks by the gate or in the driveway and carries equipment straight in, so tell us the villa number, the nearest landmark and any compound gate instructions.

Villas have their own parking. Some are behind private gates — tell us who opens up and whether a driver or housekeeper will be home. Fabric technicians carry machines and hoses, so a service lift or a parking spot near the door makes the visit noticeably quicker. Tell us at booking and we save the details for your next visit.

Every six months is a common rhythm, and families with allergies, young children or pets often book more often. Waterfront humidity lets fabrics hold moisture and odours, so sofas, mattresses and curtains near balconies usually benefit from the shorter end of that interval. Older homes often have heavier, long-used curtains, carpets and majlis seating that respond best to regular cleaning rather than one big clean every few years. There is no contract for repeat bookings: each visit is paid online by card once we confirm it, and you can request the next one before the team leaves.

Strip the bedding before the team arrives, tell us the mattress sizes, and mention stains, odours or allergy concerns so the right treatment is brought. In a villa, let the gate guard know if you live in a compound, secure pets, and tell us which floors, rooms or outbuildings are included in the visit. If anything changes, you can cancel or move the booking free of charge up to 6 hours before the start time.

The visit is done by a fabric-care technician from our team who is trained on the machines and on testing a hidden patch before treating any fabric. IHR Dream General Maintenance and Cleaning L.L.C. is a licensed Abu Dhabi company (DED licence CN-4175959) founded in 2021, rated 4.4 from 1,135 reviews on ServiceMarket and 4.7 on Google. If the result is not what was agreed, tell us straight after the visit and the team comes back to review and put it right.

Mattress Cleaning is most often combined with sofa cleaning, curtain cleaning and deep cleaning. Villas here usually mean a majlis, a family sofa set, several bedrooms and large rugs or long curtains, so fabric jobs are often booked as a half-day visit. Booking sofa, carpet, mattress or curtain cleaning together with a deep or move clean on the same visit takes 10% off the fabric care.
