Time on site for kitchen cleaning: 2-5 hours. Madinat Al Riyadh is a fast-growing new city of family villas south of the airport, with whole districts handed over in recent years and more being built. Homes here are mostly family villas with four or more bedrooms, several bathrooms and often a majlis, so visits are normally planned with a team of two to four and a longer window. The exact time is confirmed when you share the property size and condition at booking, and on hourly jobs the team can extend on site in 30-minute steps only with your approval.

Can be booked as part of deep cleaning or as a focused kitchen-only visit. Visits booked online run every day from 8 AM and have to finish by 8 PM, and same-day slots need at least 2 hours' notice. The eastern mainland is one of the longer drives from our Al Danah base, so visits there are grouped by day, and booking a day ahead gives the most choice of times. You can book up to 30 days ahead online.

A standard kitchen cleaning visit covers counter and sink cleaning, stovetop and splashback cleaning, cabinet exterior wipe-down and tile and floor cleaning. The team shows you the hob, splashback, sink and cabinet fronts before leaving, and runs the extractor filter check if it was part of the booking. Anything outside that scope, such as extra rooms or add-on items, is agreed with you before it is done, never added to the bill afterwards. In Madinat Al Riyadh, post-construction and handover cleans, move-in cleans, regular villa cleaning, and pest control for new homes near construction sites.

If you book with materials, the team brings cleaning liquids and sprays, a vacuum, mop and bucket, microfibre cloths and a step ladder; tall ladders and scaffolding are not included. There is nothing to prepare: all of it is included in the price. A kitchen clean needs hot water, a working extractor if possible and a place to set down items taken out of cupboards. At a villa the team parks by the gate or in the driveway and carries equipment straight in, so tell us the villa number, the nearest landmark and any compound gate instructions.

New streets are not always on every map yet — a map pin and the plot number are essential. Parking is easy. For recurring visits we try to send the same cleaners, so the access routine only has to be explained once. Tell us at booking and we save the details for your next visit.

A focused kitchen clean every one to three months keeps grease from building up; heavy home cooking usually shows on the extractor and tiles first. Many homes here are newly handed over, so the first clean often includes builders' dust and sticker residue, after which a normal routine is enough. On the desert edge fine sand comes in with every windy day, collecting on floors, window tracks and AC vents, so households here often shorten the gap between visits. Weekly cleaning package: 3 or more visits a week, at least 3 hours each, 20% off every visit, on a fixed weekly schedule booked in advance. There is no contract, and each visit is paid online by card once we confirm it.

Empty the sink, put away food left on counters and tell us whether you want inside cupboards, the oven or the fridge done, since those add time. In a villa, let the gate guard know if you live in a compound, secure pets, and tell us which floors, rooms or outbuildings are included in the visit. If anything changes, you can cancel or move the booking free of charge up to 6 hours before the start time.

You get trained cleaners from our own team, led on larger jobs by a team leader who checks the work against your checklist before sign-off.
