High-floor balconies collect fine sand quickly. They are swept and wiped as part of the visit; glass on the outside of the balcony is only cleaned where it is safely reachable from inside.

Small kitchens that get greasy fast
Open-plan kitchens spread grease to nearby surfaces; hob, splashback and cabinet fronts are degreased each visit.

Visible dust on vent covers is wiped. If dust keeps coming back quickly, the ducts themselves may need AC duct cleaning.

Water, power and access to the balcony tap or kitchen sink are enough; the team carries everything else up in one trip where the lift allows.
How long it takes
A studio or 1-bedroom usually takes 2–3 hours, a 2-bedroom 3 hours, and a 3–4 bedroom apartment 3–4 hours with two cleaners. Towers with slow lifts or a visitor-registration desk can add a few minutes at the start, which is why we collect access details up front. First visits to a flat that has not been cleaned in a while take longer; regular weekly visits settle into a predictable slot.

The team finishes with the balcony, kitchen and bathrooms and walks you through them, because those are the areas apartment customers most often ask to see before sign-off.
How often to book
Weekly or fortnightly suits most one- to three-bedroom flats; balcony dust and bathroom limescale are usually the first signs a visit is due.
Afterwards
If anything is missed, tell us within 24 hours and we arrange a re-clean of that area. A weekly or fortnightly booking on the same day keeps the flat at a consistent standard with less time needed each visit.

How much does apartment cleaning cost in Abu Dhabi?
AED 60 for 1 hour, AED 90 for 2 hours and AED 40 for each hour after that, with 20% off a visit of 4 hours or more, per cleaner, with our materials included. VAT is included, and the visit can be as short as one hour in the areas that take short visits; elsewhere the shortest visit is 4 hours.
Do you clean the balcony?
Yes — sweeping and dusting of the balcony floor, rail and furniture is included where it is safe. Outside glass beyond safe reach is not.
Can the cleaner get in if I am at work?
Yes, if you leave a key with the concierge or arrange access with building security. Tell us the arrangement when you book.
Do you clean furnished holiday rentals between guests?
Yes. Turnaround cleans can be booked on the same day as checkout when a slot is available.
